Lexston Capital Corp. was incorporated on January 3, 2020 under the BCBCA. The name was changed to Lexston Life Sciences Corp. on January 18, 2021. The name was again changed to Lexston Mining Corporation on October, 16, 2023. Common shares of the Company commenced trading at market open on June 25, 2021 on the Canadian Securities Exchange under the symbol LEXT. On November 12, 2021 the common shares began trading on the OTC Market under the symbol LEXTF.
